1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aq111 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the aq111 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions and all related features (collectively, "the Services"). 3. Account Registration

To access aq111's betting and gaming Services, you must complete the registration process and maintain a verified account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on the platform.

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If aq111 detects that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods or device identifiers — all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances, pending withdrawals and bonus credits forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. Any account found to contain false, misleading or incomplete information may be suspended or permanently closed without notice, and associated funds may be forfeited.

• aq111 reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. Where an account is closed by aq111 without cause, any verified balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aq111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all transactions.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no per-transaction maximum deposit, though aq111 may apply daily, weekly or monthly limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes. All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the account and is registered in the same name as the aq111 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

• aq111 aims to process withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. aq111 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• aq111 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or other charges. aq111 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

• aq111 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect the funds are connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

aq111 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in each promotion. Any bonus or associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically and without notice.

• Each promotion is limited to one participation per player, per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method. aq111 may refuse or withdraw a bonus from any player found to be abusing a promotion or coordinating with others to exploit offers.

• Certain games may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates by game type will be specified in each promotion's terms. Typically, slots contribute 100% and live casino table games contribute at a lower rate.

• aq111 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already partially met the wagering requirements, aq111 may award a proportional benefit at its sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on aq111. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any non-human mechanism to place bets, claim bonuses, navigate the platform or interact with the Services in any way whatsoever.

• Engaging in, facilitating or attempting to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, identity theft or any other criminal activity through the aq111 platform. aq111 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping, match-fixing in sports bets, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.

• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, vulnerabilities or malfunctions in any game or platform system. Any winnings derived from a software error or malfunction are void and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or offensive communication toward aq111 staff, support agents or other players through any channel including live chat, email or social media platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aq111 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services. The following specific exclusions apply.

• aq111 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure availability of the Services. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages and events outside aq111's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. aq111 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by physical live game equipment. aq111 does not guarantee any specific game outcome or return on any bet placed. All bets are placed entirely at the player's own risk.

• aq111's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, subject always to a maximum cap of ৳50,000.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your aq111 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure requested by you, any remaining verified balance will be returned via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding fraud or compliance investigations are pending on your account.

aq111 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed, if required by law or regulation, or if aq111 ceases to offer Services in your jurisdiction. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraud, all balances including deposits, winnings and bonus credits may be forfeited in full.
